A single drop can create a ripple. It can also make everything fall silent for a moment. The DROP collection is a story of change and the constant movement between stillness and turbulence. Of moments when a seemingly insignificant event sets something much greater in motion. Because the only constant is change - nothing remains unchanged forever. The two pairs of photographs exist in tension with one another, yet remain deeply connected. Every movement leaves a trace, and every wave eventually comes to rest. A drop may seem insignificant, yet in an instant it can change the surface. The DROP series captures that moment when the smallest impulse can alter the course of what unfolds in space.
